Student Life in Happy Valley
Modeling after Tanya Habjouqa's 'Photographing Life, Love and Laughter in Palestine,' I set out to capture the lives and feelings of Penn State students living in State College, Pennsylvania during a pandemic in spring - with small hints to what springtime is like in this rural town.

Ranging from on-campus activities to off-campus locations, students find enjoyment and entertainment in a multitude of ways as a way to escape the life of a full-time college student. This is a human-interest story, telling the story about a community and how they've adapted to a year of inconsistencies.
